1. Services and Project Scope
ChicRenders provides digital content creation, including 3D product animation, video editing, and related creative services.

The Brief: Every project begins with a clear scope defined in a written brief or contract. This document outlines the timeline, deliverables, and total cost.

Out of Scope Work: Any requests made after the brief is approved that require additional modeling, rendering, or editing time will be billed as a separate service.
2. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Final Deliverables: Upon full and final payment, the client receives ownership of the final exported media files (such as MP4, MOV, or PNG files) for their intended commercial use.

Raw Files: ChicRenders retains full ownership of all working files. This includes but is not limited to Blender project files, Premiere Pro timelines, After Effects files, and unrendered assets. Raw files are never released to the client unless explicitly negotiated and purchased under a separate buyout agreement.

Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase any completed work within our digital portfolio and social media channels for self-promotional purposes. If your project requires a Non-Disclosure Agreement, this must be signed before the project begins.
3. Revisions and Approvals

Standard Revisions: Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as defined in your initial brief.

Additional Revisions: Once the standard revision rounds are exhausted, any further changes to lighting, geometry, pacing, or audio will incur additional hourly charges.

Final Approval: Once the final render or edit is approved by the client, the project is considered complete.
4. Payment Terms

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in our production schedule before any 3D modeling or video editing begins.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final, unwatermarked files are delivered.

Delays: If a project is delayed for more than 30 days due to a lack of client feedback or missing assets, ChicRenders reserves the right to invoice for the work completed to date.
5. Limitation of Liability
ChicRenders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital deliverables. We ensure all files are delivered in high quality and to standard technical specifications, but the client is solely responsible for how the media is distributed, published, or marketed.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
